When placing an order, the customer is responsible for informing in advance of any food allergies.

While we take reasonable measures to reduce risks, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free, as our food is prepared in an environment where potentially allergenic ingredients are handled, including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. Therefore, cross-contamination may occur.

By confirming and completing the purchase order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this notice, and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase and consumption of the product, releasing the bakery, its owners, employees and collaborators from any liability, claim, damage or injury arising from allergic reactions or the consumption of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States.

At Ñami Ñami Bakery, we believe every celebration deserves a unique cake, made especially for you. That's why we've created a simple and personalized process so you can design your cake. the cake of your dreams, just as you imagined.

  1. Choose the ideal size
    From a small Bento Cake to surprise someone special, to large cakes to celebrate with family or friends. You decide how many servings you need.

  2. Select your favorite flavor
    We offer classic and specialty flavors to suit all tastes. Each one is prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients.

  3. Choose the perfect filling
    Combine your cake with creamy and delicious fillings such as dulce de leche, chocolate, red berries and more.

  4. Personalize every detail
    Do you have any allergies or food preferences? Do you want a specific color, theme, or style? Just write it in the notes.

  5. Upload a reference image
    If you have a design or style in mind, share a photo with us. Our team will turn it into an edible work of art.

Yes, we do deliveries within the city for an extra cost, which will depend on the area.

  • The delivery is coordinated at a set time, previously confirmed by call or message.

  • Our team will notify you when your order is on its way to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Delivery at a midpoint

If you prefer, we can agree on a midpoint of meeting place for delivery. This option is ideal for those looking for speed and ease without the full shipping cost.

In-store or workshop pickup

You can also choose to pick up your cake directly from our production facility. Just select “Pick-Up” and we’ll have everything ready for you at the indicated time.

Processing time

Custom cakes require between 3 to 4 days Advance notice is required, depending on the design and size. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure availability.

1. Advance payment and purchase conditions

  • To begin production of a custom cake a 70% advance payment is required.

  • This advance covers ingredients, special materials, and scheduling.

  • The 70% advance payment is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made within the first 12 hours after making the payment.

2. Cancellations

  • If the cancellation is made after 12 hours, no refund applies because the acquisition of raw materials is already underway.

  • For orders that require specific materials, custom figures, toppers, or special decorations, they cannot be canceled once purchased or once their production has begun.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

  • Changes to cake design, size, flavor, or details must be requested. minimum within 12 hours after placing the order.

  • Changes made after that deadline they cannot be applied.

  • Delivery rescheduling can be requested 24 hours in advance.

  • If you request to reschedule within the last 24 hours, it will not be possible, since delivery logistics are already in process.

4. Production within 24 hours

  • For Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance (special orders or urgent delivery), the 100% payment is required at the time of confirming the order.

  • In these cases, cancellations are not accepted, refunds are not issued, and modifications to design, flavor, or size are not permitted once payment has been made, as production begins immediately.

5. Delivery, climate, and customer responsibility

  • Any product details must be reported only at the time of delivery.
  • Once the product has been delivered, Ñami Ñami is not responsible for any damage, alterations, melting, deformations or deterioration that may occur subsequently.
  • Due to the nature of the product and climatic conditions, especially during hot seasons or summer, the stability of the product after delivery is not guaranteed, as factors such as temperature, humidity, sun exposure, transport and storage are beyond our control.
  • From the time of delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the handling, transport, preservation and consumption of the product.
  • In the event of issues attributable to the production process and reported upon delivery, the case will be evaluated and, if applicable, an adjustment, partial replacement, or store credit may be offered. Cash refunds are not applicable.

6. External or reference designs

  • When the client provides a reference image, it will be clarified that the design will be created in Ñami Ñami style, maintaining the essence but not as an exact copy.
