By purchasing or consuming products from Ñami Ñami Bakery, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the following legal terms:

1. The client is the only one responsible to inform in writing a Ñami Ñami Bakery about any allergies or dietary restrictions, before placing your order.

2. The omission in the allergy declaration exempts Ñami Ñami Bakery from all responsibility, including but not limited to:

   • allergic reactions,

   • anaphylaxis,

   • hospitalization,

   • medical expenses,

   • physical or emotional damage,

   • losses or damages of any kind.

3. All products may contain or have been in contact with allergens, including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, egg, wheat, coconut, sesame, food colorings or other allergens.

4. Yummy Yummy Bakery does not guarantee that no product is free of allergens, regardless of the declared ingredients.

5. Despite implementing reasonable measures, Cross-contamination may exist.

6. By completing an order, the customer accepts to bring out safely, compensate and defend Ñami Ñami Bakery, as well as its owners, employees, representatives and affiliates, against any claim arising from allergic reactions, including those caused by unknown, undeclared or subsequently developed allergies.

If the customer is not certain that a product is safe for consumption, they should refrain from acquiring or consuming it.
